Your most recent Property Tax Bill, whether it be interim or final. If you do not have it available, please contact the relevant municipality to obtain a copy immediately; and

your full Agreement of Purchase and Sale. If you do not have the full Agreement with all amendments and Schedules, please ask your agent to forward it to us.

If you have oil or propane heat, a receipt showing that you have filled the tank(s) prior to closing will be required.
